The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all pieces and documentation.
The item must be in its original, unused condition with no scratches or damage.
Opened packages can only be exchanged for an identical product if the item is faulty.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed minus a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges are only available for identical products in the case of faulty items.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as a credit note if the item was a gift.
Shipping and Handling
All returned items must be sent back using a postal or courier service with tracking.
Buyers are responsible for all postage costs and must insure the returned goods as we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
